Wonder Mother

Beberapa waktu lalu kami jalan-jalan ke Boyolali. Setiap singgah di tempat baru pastinya selalu cari makanan khas daerah tersebut.  Boyolali sendiri terkenal sebagai kota susu, tapi kami nggak nyari susunya. Saat itu waktu makan siang. Laper banget. Jalan deh ke pusat kota dan liat soto boyolali yang penuh banget. Sampe keder sendiri kalo mau masuk.  Jangankan masuk, parkir aja nggak bisa.  Dan herannya hampir semua warung soto seger ini penuh semua.   Lalu kami carilah warung soto yang memungkinkan kami duduk dalam warung itu. Warung Soto Segeer Hj. Fatimah (sama aja kayak Mbok Giyem hanya merubah nama), karena soto Hj. Fatimah/ Mbok Giyem inilah yang ada di setiap titik kota ini.  Penyajian soto segeer ini di mangkuk kecil mirip soto Kudus. Namun, soto segeer ini adalah soto sapi bukan soto ayam. Kuahnya bening tidak kuning. Terdapat beberapa suwiran daging sapi, dipercantik dengan beberapa helai daun seledri dan tauge yang banyak.  Rasanya segeeerr b...

Lama banget deh nggak mampir ke blog sendiri dan tetiba nge-klik blog sendiri sambil nostalgia ke waktu-waktu dalam setiap ceritaku. Jadi senyum - senyum sendiri.  Hehe. Ok, now I really don't know what to start but since I'm still in Jogja then I should do some reviews about things in Jogja.  First of all.. Goshh.. Jogja is really crowded now and the traffic has gone nuts. Aahh.. lama banget vakum dari nulis menulis nih, bahkan lupa klo diri sendiri punya blog. Hehe. Mudahan masih bisa terus kesentuh ini blog ya.. Kali ini aku ingin bahas tentang perilaku anak. Banyak sekali tingkah polah perkembangan hidup yang kami lalui selama 3 tahun ini. (Oya Cyril dah 3 th ya sekarang...) Kenapa 'kami' bukan 'Cyril' ? karena perkembangan Cyril sangat ber-impact terhadaku. Aku banyak sekali belajar berusaha beradaptasi, mencari formulasi (*halahh..) dalam menghadapi perilakunya. Perilakunya yang keras. Keras dalam keinginan. Keras dalam bertindak. Sedikit sedikit salah. Sedikit sedikit marah. Egosentris. Seringkali perilakunya ini yang membuatku juga keras terhadapnya karena ketidaksabaranku. Keras disini bukan fisik ya (getting physical with ur kids is NOT acceptable) keras disini is more to a yelling. Bentak, ancaman, paksaan, mata melotot, yeah things like that lah. Happy 2nd birthday to my dearest son. I love you more than ever. You have given me 2 years of wonderful journey. I thanked you for that. So much joy and  happiness. Thank you Allah for choosing me as his mom. Being a mom really is my greatest achievement, and having you as my son really is the best thing ever happened in my life. OMG I skip three of my baby's updates. It was in my draft for so long. When I tried to continue writing, my blog just wont open. I dont know what had happened to my blog. I tried so many times to open my blog, but it was a waste of time. It took lotsa time to load but ended up with an error. Goshh.. that made me forgot to write. So.. fast forward to his 21st update.... Im sooooooo blessed to watch my baby grows. He is 21 months already, almost 2 years of age. He is such a big boy now. He now can recite a simple song like 'cicak di dinding'. With his unclear speech he really does sing. I mean the WHOLE song, from the beginning to the end, ON HIS OWn. He loves to sing nowadays, still obsessed with cars tho, but he loves to sing along. Im just blown away in how fast he learn the song so he can sing along with me. He memorizes all the song amazingly good. He loves loves loves to sing 'wheels on the bus', 'twinkle twinkle', 'baa baa black sheep', ...

Baby..baby..baby.. you are officially one and a half year of age. I cant believe time flies really fast. You re not even a baby anymore, eventhough sometimes we still treat you like a tiny little baby. hehe. So whats new? well...hes officially drinking formula now. Yep.. I was one of those mothers who swore not to give the baby a formula ever. But look what Ive done now... Okay, so I give him formula because I am sooooo super desperate on feeding my baby. Hes been so hard to eat for quite a long time in my opinion. This really makes me cry, angry, worry, and everything. His growth and developments are pretty amazing but he just not gaining any weight since he was around 14 months. I mean... of course he gains weight but its extremely slow and just a little. I notice the theory saying as the baby grows older and having so much activity, they wont be gaining weight as fast and as much as when theyre under 12 months. Okay, I get that. But this??? added with his unwillingness to eat.. ...

Ahh.. this is totally a very latepost. I thought I already published it,but guess what? its been in my draft for almost 2 weeks. Goshh. How could this happen? So... this little kid here has amazingly transformed into a little man. The way he acts, understands, behaves, speaks and everything pretty much like us, adults. His vocabs improved so much. Marhaban ya Ramadhan.. Im feeling blessed to taste this holy month again. Alhamdulillah. Been busy, but happy. Im just focusing on ibadah, taking care of my kid, and of course running the household. Now that I got a chance to write, lets just get down to it. ;) So on July 4th, my baby turned 16 months. Woohoo... Happy sixteen months my baby! Love you so so incredibly much. This sixteen months been amazing to me, to watch him grow. And Im pretty sure that he feels the same way as he gets to explore and discover so many things in this world he never EVER known, experienced, nor thought of. Hello blog... hello world.. I am feeling wonderfull today. So Imma write this post. Yes I know its kinda late, cuz yesterday and 2 days ago I was having a little bit of a breakdown, well not really. I just had this thing going on with my kid and didn get enough sleep. Okay I will tell it here. So...horray to my babyboy of turning 15 months. This such a blessing. Hes grown so much. Have you ever feeling blue after your baby born? Well I certainly have, and it is called Baby Blues Syndrome. That is like the deepest, lowest, darkest, rock bottom point of my life. Might sounds like Im exagerating, but thats the truth. It wasnt pleasant at all. I never thought in a million years that would experience this state. I was like... "it wont happen to me". Then after the baby was born, well...when I first saw him, I was in tears of happiness but the next 2-3 weeks, NIGHTMARE. Baby blues is pretty much like a mild state of depression. Hi! I wanna talk about my new baby here, Loreal Lucent Magique Liquid Foundation. I found out about this on the internet. Its said to be light yet still giving a great coverage. Im all about light to medium coverage, not really into full coverage foundie. This is totally a latepost..well, happy fourteen months, babyboy! Oh..hes grown so much. I couldnt even believe what I ve witnessed. His abiliity and inteligence boost up so quick. Im so proud and amazed at the same time. He knows and understand almost about everything now. The way he communicates, express ego and anger, laugh, dance, eat, and everything just so adorably cute. Hello blog! Today I wanna do a review on lipstick. I love lipstick but not obsessed like concealer or foundie. I surely need lipstick bcoz I dont have that kinda rosy pinkish lips naturally. And yes with a touch of lipstick the whole look would be differrent, complete, and fresher. On to the review. Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Lipstick has been my favorite for some time. I have mine in #391Rose Diams and #392 Prune Amethyst. They cost around IDR 300k sumthin. It has a nice, simple, yet elegant black packaging. They claimed that this lipstick is infused with moisture-boosting Pro-Xylene and antioxidant-rich vitamin E. With all that together the lips will stay moist, soft, look and feel healthier, also comfortable for up to 8 hours. So when I put it on, this isnt just a lipstick really. Its a moisturizer. Oh my precious, happy thirteen months bebeee..! I cant believe that we got together this far, 13 months already. Hope you wont be bored of seeing my happy, sad, worry, and especially angry face. Who doesnt have stretch mark after pregnancy?? Then you are super lucky, but I believe 90% of women who have kids have that. Whether its a lot or just a tiny bit of stretch marks (still look horrible thou). I do have stretch marks on certain part of my body, but thanked God its mild and just a little. Still hate it thou. My mom has been using this Artistry product since forever. So shes the one who introduced me with this. Hello blog! Almost miss the 12 months update. Been busy moving out. So exhausting. Okay..so in this 12mos of age, my baby can walk now, even just 3 to 4 steps and then fall. Kinda scary to see him walk, but Im proud. Still got 2 teeth and doesnt seem like another tooth would come out soon. I amazed mostly with his tiny lil brain that has grown soooooooo much. He now knows how to express things. He even pays attention to what people saying or doing. He knows what to do when I said 'pokameame' , 'sisir', 'hello' on the phone, 'kiss', 'salim', 'semut', 'ball', etc. The way he acts is just unimaginable to me and hilarious at the same time. Happy Bday my adorable baby boy! You are 1 year of age now. Whatta big boy you are. Still remember the moment you came out from the womb which still bring tears to my eyes. Such a massive transformation from a tiny little wrinkled baby to a boy like now. You know, I wanna throw you a big bday party, but I changed my mind. You re so little that you wouldnt even understand the whole party thing. I know you can get the ambience and excited in crowd, but you just wont connect yet. You havent even make friends. I just turned 27 on this 27th of February 2014. Ooh.. am pretty old huh?! But im so blessed that I could still see the sun in the sky, feel the air on my face, watch my baby grows, and be with the love of my life in this 27th of age, eventhough hes not here with me on my birthday. Yeah, hes been gone for a month now and I miss him desperately much. Its not like we never been apart, we almost always apart in our relationship. But thats long time ago. Since the first day of our marriage, this is the longest time ever we re away from each other. Still remember I was 16 when I first met you. I was still in a highschool uniform, and I believe you were 20. Few months later we started dating. It was on February 2003 and you were always been there for me ever since. We been thru ups and downs, goods and bads, tears and happiness, and we managed to deal with those things. Finally home! Oh home sweet home. Theres just no place like home, even if you re in a wonderful place, a place you dreamed to go, at the end of the day home is where you wanna be. So this was my 3rd time travelling with baby. The first one was when hes about 6 mos old and we went to Samarinda by car. The second was to Jogjakarta, and the third was to Puncak. Travelling with baby need lotsa preparation. Physically, mentally, and lotsa baby stuff. Physically here means that you are really fit and healthy to go on a trip WITH baby. Its so much different than travelling alone or without baby. Especially with an active baby, you have to catch up with your babys stamina. As for my baby who is very active and in crawling stage, he just wanna crawl wherever and whenever which obviously he cannot do that. So I gotta carry him around and all the time.
